I found At East Flex Care when two of the sitters I had lined up through another service fell through and I was left on the verge of cancelling plans. A widowed mom of five, you can imagine my disappointment when I realized I had no one to watch my kids on the one night I had planned for myself. I'm new to the area and I was convinced there was NO way I would be comfortable enough to leave my children with anyone new in less than 48 hours, but I decided to search online just one last time for local babysitting services. I stumbled upon At Ease Flex Care and filled out an application. Not expecting much, I began to cancel plans. But the next day I received a call from Letavia, who took the time to learn exactly what I needed in a caregiver. I received her credentials and before I knew it I was interacting with an experienced, safe, sweet, fun and available babysitter! Not only did this mama get a much-needed night out, but the kids had a ton of fun and keep asking when Nanny Sarah is coming back. I'm so grateful for the service they provide. I've tried searching for providers on my own and trust me, it's so much easier when you have Letavia and her team on your side. After all, it takes a village, right? At Ease Flex Care Solutions is now part of mine!
