The hours are awful. The staff are sub par. My bf went there to have a test done he went in and they told him to stay in his car and call. He called for 20 minutes and no one answered. Mind you he has a fever and doesn’t feel well…

If there was a way to give a big fat zero Star I would. Took my very sick 13 yr old there at 4:30 and they said they could not take him because they close at 5 and there’s were 2 In line before home. Um I’m sorry I have a very sick kid and came to “urgent care” before closing and wa turned away. The staff was terrible. Worst ever. They need to find new professions. Caring for sick is not what they are meant to do.

My experience was great. I had a very important issue needing to be addressed. The nurse was very kind and polite. She kept me calm. I love the fella at the desk for labs. He taps the keyboard like he could do it in his sleep. I totally forgot my mask because I was worried about being seen. The lady handed me one so non-shalontly. Finally, I want to say thank you to the PA. She was so nice. Blessed.

An employee of mine was seen yesterday morning for a toothache, in terrible pain, as she could not get into her dentist until next week. She was told that they could only provide tylenol or ib profen, not an antibiotic that she requested. She woke up this morning with her whole face swollen and was unable to come to work, leaving us short staffed. Had the physician that saw her yesterday prescribed an antibiotic for a clearly infected tooth, this could have been prevented!!
