The Way

[4th Visit, SEP 19, 2022] (arrived 2 hours earlier) check-in at the gate via intercom(let them know DELIVERY, give PO# & Trailer # to them) —-> move to SCALE 1 or 2 (they let you know) —-> send the BOL (put the phone number & PO # on the paper) via DRIVE THRU CARRIER —-> get a door & move to the dock —-> park & wait for unloading (2 hours) —-> move to the SCALE —-> get the paperwork via the CARRIER [3rd Visit, SEP 9, 2022] (arrived 3 hours later) check-in at the gate via intercom(let them know DELIVERY) —-> move to SCALE 1 or 2 (they let you know) —-> send the BOL (put the phone number & PO # on the paper) via DRIVE THRU CARRIER —-> move to the street & wait for a phone call (2 hours) —-> get a phone call for a door —-> park & wait for unloading (40 minutes) —-> move to the SCALE —-> get the paperwork via the CARRIER *** long waiting time [2nd Visit] check-in at the welcome device (let them know DELIVERY) —-> move to SCALE 2 —-> send the BOL (put the phone number & PO # on the paper) via DRIVE THRU CARRIER —-> move to the street & wait for a phone call —-> get a door by phone call —-> park & wait for unloading —-> after unloading completed, move to the SCALE 2 —-> get the paperwork via the CARRIER *** intricate & slow system (too slow) *** huge plant, but not safe for moving *** some rude & careless workers

When you get there you will see a sign that says “WestRock truck pull off right” Do Not Pull Off there !!! Just pass that and make first left turn to the yard and quick first left turn! If you are picking up Roll Stacks pull on the scale number one and you will be instructed from there.. The dude at the check in desk is weirdest man. He doesn’t like to talk and if he says something you cant hear him. He probably thinking that he running the White House and not the Warehouse office. It took couple hrs to load. Didn’t like that place!!!

DO NOT DO INBOUND LOADS FOR THIS PLACE!!! i was there for 10hrs waiting to get unloaded, and they wouldnt at least let me bobtail to get some dinner... their unload priority is not the small otr carriers and owner operators, but sfi and western... they will bump these carriers ahead of you even after they have assigned you a dock!!! and the yard drivers are snitches if you try to bobtail out...
