Update: They say a member of management will contact you. That’s not true. I have never got a call from them. While I’m sure this location has great people, they have definitely fallen short over the years at the expectations they have previously set for them self. I don’t usually leave 1 stars but due to the following I believe I will be looking else where to have any more work done. 1 they replaced a rear wheel stud and after awhile of chasing the issue found that the stud they installed was for the front wheel and not the rear. Causing the drum to not sit correctly. 2 called asking for a quote to have u joints replaced and the transmission output seal replaced since they would already be there. They said they are not able to replace the seal. No explanation. If they would of explained that they don’t preform any work that has to do with the transmission I’d understand. They definitely just left me hanging on that one. A seal that would take a extra 3 mins to install. Anyways I could go on about how they have changed over the years but not really any point. ✌🏼

I went in there for an oil change, and without even looking at my car, they tried to force me to get Synthetic, and to overcharge me on top of that. I just left.

THANK YOU!!!!! I had an alert from my car saying low tire pressure, went in when they were less than an hour from closing, the owner (or manager) kindly took a look at my tire and immediately diagnosed the problem and offered a fix right away. They were honest about what they could do within an hour and what they will take longer. As a traveler who was passing by Fresno, I very much appreciated this as well as their quick and professional service.
