I was the next car inline, and the pay machine went down. There were 4 cars behind me when the manager signaled all the cars to back up and change lanes. Well, he didn't tell them to wait because I was next and I had to go to the very back of the line. Now there were 6 cars ahead of me. He could have been a good guy and just let me go through since he made me loose my place in line. I won't ever go back there for a car wash.

Please keep in mind it was very hot and very busy on the day i went in. I give them credit for a tough job under those conditions. The people were kind and quick. But when arriving home I noticed that my car was still a little dirty and the back seats not vacuumed very well. For the price they should take a little more time to make sure it's done right. Other than that they are fast and each person who i encountered was very friendly, knew what I requested and very respectful. It was a pleasant experience. I will give them another try. It could have just been one of those days.

Been here twice now and very disappointed both times. Did not clean the wheels and tires well at all, bugs still on windshield and front of car. soap was not rinsed very well so it dried and can be seen on side and back windows car was not dried so water marks are viable. took my car to another car wash immediately after getting it washed here.
