Donuts were stale. Not the fault of employees. Wish they made the donuts in store throughout the day like they used to.

What can I say, if you are a dunkin fan this one is spot on. It may be a bit hard to get to going southbound on Harlem, but northbound is a breeze. I always get a decaf iced and sometimes it may taste off or a bit old - not here, never had a bad one. Stop by and enjoy!

Great Customer Service. The young woman working the drive through was very positive and cheerful. And the coffee was fresh and made the way requested which is becoming more of a challenge these days.

I literally visit DD everyday. I have a nasty coffee habit. I am never disappointed with Dunkin donuts. The only complaint is the DD in 127th and Harlem they always charge me something different for the same size and same exact coffee every day. I've complained with no help from the staff. Oh well I still get the coffee anyway.

Are you a Dunkin Perks loyalty member? If not then that could be the reason. Just create an account through the app. You will be able to scan your loyalty code or make a mobile purchase with your account and get points. You get points each purchase you make and receive a free coffee any size at 200 points. Plus, in order to receive a free coffee today, (national coffee day) I believe you had to purchase something with the coffee as well as being a perks member. Lately if you visit 3 times a week you get a free coffee through the app as well. I use the app a lot and it's worth it if you drink Dunkin coffee all the time.
