This is 2nd time renting and this year decided to rent both cottages. The owners are wonderful and even sent tips for weekend activities. Super clean and many extras for entertaining! Great kayaking and swimming off the dock. Only few steps down to the water! Kids had a great time feeding the ducks. Close to hiking and of course wineries! Very private! Felt like we were in our own vacation bubble!! Can’t say enough about a great experience! We’ll be back for sure!!!

This was our second time renting for a week in the summer. We loved it. The pictures on the website perfectly showcase both cottages. Access is very easy. Beautiful views and lake. Plenty of toys such as kayaks, SUPs etc. The owners were wonderful. Many special touches. Very clear rules. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location to Pen Yan. Private setting. Fun feeding the ducks and has everything you need. Bonus…great dock access, AC in both cottages, WiFi was dependable and we will be back!

What a LOVELY stay. Our family rented the South cottage for a week and had a really great time. The cottage is thoughtfully designed and appointed with everything we needed. Our hosts were very attentive and answered any questions we had. I have to say, it was very a peaceful and restful mini vacation with early morning walks, yoga on the dock, lots of reading and afternoon kayaking/paddle boarding. This place is a shiny gem - don’t hesitate… go ahead and book it.
