Update: He is no longer an agent so I guess those payments sent to his office that were never processed are now me and my banks problem. Thanks for the heads up. They've cancelled Home policies, Auto Policies, and Motorcycle Policies over the last three years incorrectly and abruptly. They do not answer their phone nor will return your calls. The only time we have heard from them is when they tried to sell us a "better" a la carte home policy to "save us tons of money" ($40/year for lower coverage) under the guise of trying to meet with clients at least once a year (they have never reached out prior to the sales pitch). The agent is 30 and charismatic. He is not a child but sure is okay running his agency like one. Every time I have tried to have their mistakes corrected there has been zero accountability and zero reliability. If you need something you are forced to call the 1-800-number and have the call center correct this offices mistakes. I must be reading a lot of his friends and family's reviews on google b/c this agent and office are either incompetent or give no sh*t once they get their cut. Needless to say - Switching agents because they can't be bothered. I wonder.....do these policies keep getting cancelled so they can make a commission again when you have to re-instate it with them....I've never had this problem with another Agent.......
