Mill City,s City Hall is a brand new building located next to the fire hall. Please feel free to drop in and visit the helpful information center located inside.

Check out this link and see if that helps at all. Possible the law could have changed due to the fires and so many people being displaced and without homes. Hope it helps. Otherwise I would contact City Hall in Mill City and talk to someone there. https://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/197.493
