Great rail bike ride through scenic Pennsylvania! The employees are wonderful and the track is nice and flat. Be warned though you will be doing real biking so dress comfortably and stretch beforehand, it's an actual workout!

Mostly all flat ,real easy to do not a problem doing at all we booked another one with our friends for late October, they have a 7and an 18 mile one
My husband is 82 and he had zero issues. I've had both knees replaced and I thought it was an easy ride. It depends on the person. If you're in relatively good shape, you shouldn't have any problems.
