Knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I wasn't even sure I was going to buy a bike for several reasons. But they helped me to find the right bike, the right accessories to keep me safe, and be able to test ride as much as I want to be sure I was comfortable with the purchase.

Tidy and helpful. So many bikes shops look like a bomb went off inside, it's nice to see a place that cares about how it looks and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Friendly, welcoming, and upbeat atmosphere! Went in for a cycling shoe fitting came out with new shoes, a great deal, and some lively conversations. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the area. A fantastic bunch of guys in there, truly.

first let me say that this shop and every single person working in it are great guys and have great character. I'm not a regular and only been here just this once and it's kind of upsetting that I won't get that pleasure of doing business with them again. I stopped by First thing Monday morning as soon as the doors open because I've had a 100 mile ride ahead of me before I could make it home that day. and I just needed a simple adjustment of my derailleur and the broken dummy plastic plate taken off the back wheel. well I got there when they opened up and the place already had a crowd of people. I've never seen a bike shop like that so as I'm waiting I'm watching them interact with one another and the customers and they are all just incredibly great guys. I watched them help out a little girl with her first bike and we all know that feeling you could see the nervousness just disappear from her eyes and the glow start as one employee made her feel at ease helping her out. then it was my turn and my bike was in that stand way faster than I expected considering how busy they were. and as I waited they filled my water bottle and made small talk. I made it Back home without a single incident. So if your lucky enough to be in their area I'd highly recommend this shop. you do have more options than this place but I can definitely guarantee that you'll be missing out on some of the best customer service and experience you'll probably ever receive. Thankyou so much for everything.

Hey. Thanks for reaching out. Currently we are employing face mask guide lines throughout the day with all employees and customers (we have extra if you need), we offer curbside pickup and touch less delivery, we have free pickup and delivery service within Binghamton for repairs and bicycle purchases to keep you isolated further if you desire, and we are following the 10 person maximum protocol in the store at all times including customers and employees.

Does this shop or any place in the area buy bicycles?

Depending on the model, condition, age etc we may buy a used bicycle. It’s best to bring the bike in for an inspection and we can estimate or look up the value of it through our trade in partners.

I purchased two road bikes from your store last spring. They have only been ridden 3 times. Great bikes, but we found we prefer a mountain bike instead. Do you ever buy back bikes or do you know where a good place to sell them would be? Thank you!

Hey Michele! We do absolutely buy bikes.... especially ones that came from our store initially. Stop by anytime with them, we can take a look at their condition, check the value, and keep you rolling.

Hi, bike engineers, I'm looking for a lightweight women's bicycle that is easy to lift up and down the steps of the porch, where I lock it. I need a bike for errands, enjoyment and exercise. Do you carry something like that? I am 5'1" Kathy

Hey Kathy. It sounds like a lightweight hybrid bike would be a nice choice for you. They come equipped to install racks to carry groceries and fenders to keep you dry when you have to run errands. We do have a selection of hybrid bikes from both Specialized and Cannondale in the Sirrus line and Quick line respectively. If you'd like to chat about which specific models may work best feel free to give us a call or stop by any time.

Hello, do you carry the CycleOps Fluid 2 Trainer?

Hey Kathy. We do carry the Cycle Ops brand of trainers. They have changed parent companies recently and are now owned by Saris - so the brand name has also changed, but the fluid models still exists and we continue to carry and support them as a brand. Give us a call anytime and we can help get you ready to spin on one.
