I don’t know what’s going on here but I recently moved to town and the post office didn’t have change of address forms!? I went to buy stamped envelopes and they only had the ones with windows, not great. My mail wasn’t getting delivered even after change of address and I’m still waiting on very important items. Horrible.

Police boxes range based on size. It can be $40 to $80. More if you need a large one. We paid $75 a year for ours
No. That is not how FedEx works. They have distinct drop off locations for that. You’ll have to find ex drop location on fed ex website. Or a store that participates in FedEx shipping. Like staples.
The USPS website should have all of the pricing info but last time I was at the Ridgecrest office they weren't doing passports. I think they were sending people to the Inyokern or Lake Isabella branches.
Yes. Otherwise it gets returned back to you or the person doing the purchase will have to pay the difference at pick up time.
