The hotel is what you would expect in a small town in northern Arkansas. It is comfortable and adequate. It has a great view of the town and surrounding area from the hill side. The young woman, I didn’t get her name, that checked us in was very polite, professional and helpful. The rest of the staff that I had an interaction with was polite as well.

We lost power and had to get a hotel for the night since it’s really hot in our camper. The room was really gross. There were some type of beetles in the room, crawling on walls and flying around the room. Some sticky looking substance on several of the walls. The furniture was gross and cracking. We decided to just go back home. We asked for a partial refund at least, as we were only in the room for about an hour. The girl at the front desk was nice when we explained the condition of the room. She phoned her boss to ask and he said no. Disappointing, but not as disappointing as the gross room. It was $158 we didn’t have to spend, as my husband is a disabled veteran and that took away from our grocery money for this month. Don’t really recommend if cleanliness is what you’re looking for.

The pool is green!! The room was ok, but the bathroom needs a deep clean. Also the ceiling looked like it is covered in mold. We were told it was due to a fire. Location is great. Outside is super dirty with trash everywhere!!!

I gave this 2 stars because the beds are fairly comfortable. However it is not clean. Dirty corners, filthy light switches, poorly maintained. The sheets were clean but poor quality. And the breakfast was substandard. Terrible coffee and minimal choice.
