We were not happy at all with our son's haircut. The lady that did it was very shakey with her hands due to her age, no fault to her. The manager was supposed to do it, which she refused to. She was doing nothing during his cut. We are very disappointed.

I purchased a bridal ring set paid 500 dollars for them also took out the service plan for them. They never told me that they were plated gold they cracked were they were resized and the plating wore off in less than a month they are pure junk and jc penny will not fix the problem or give me my money back. I bought these for a special time in my life and they ruined it by selling me cheap costume jewelry at an expensive price. I will never shop there again for anything. They lie to you to make a sale.
