Horrible service.Make you go through identity verification process if you aren't a customer which takes over an hour. Big banks just simply don’t care about individuals or small businesses. We’ve been baking with Bank of America for many years now, and the customer service continues to diminish. The banking hours do not take into consideration convenience for the customers. If you work between the hours of 9am-4:30pm you are simply out of luck. The drive through has also been closed in this particular location. If you are able to, I would highly recommend doing business with local banks. They tend to have flexible hours and are truly committed to the community, unlike big name banks.
