I walked in to get my kitten’s claws trimmed and while i was waiting i witnessed one of the employees hit the dog they were grooming. I immediately grabbed my kitten and left. Will never do business with them.

The animals are in the same room that the groomers. They are in crates and cages with fans used as need to assist drying. They use hair dryers when with your pet. I have NOT seen them use drying kennels. I cannot see how the pets would be at risk. I did specifically look into these issues before I left our anxious dogs. The nice thing is that they call you when dog is done so the pet doesn't have to wait all day. Oh, and they are awesome interacting with every pet.
