Kyle the manager is a liar. They promised training for my handyman on the 13th. Not happening! Promised to give me the name of a qualified lift operator. Never happened. Very poor customer service. UPDATE: Kyle is now attempting to find an operator. Unsuccessful after two days. Will have to see if he can do this. I was passed off to Shelby their Sales Rep and she tried to find an operator but with no luck.
