Just follow the information on SSA website, calling is difficult to talk to a person over the phone, the building is difficult to find on GPS , so it is near the Optimum office , you will see the the One Park Place there will be help, the front guy was so helpful, and it went super fast.

Very difficult to reach by phone or email. The number is either incorrect (listed one) or busy without option to request a call back. After making a request for an appointment, I was called few days later and message was left on my phone 5:12 on Thursday for a 10:30 am next day, which did not work for me. Could not call back ( see above reasons)to reschedule. Today is a week since I have been trying to reach to ask 2 questions : have you received my package and can I proceed with signing up with the rest of plans. considering that this is a service which I have been financing for 40 years, results are disappointingly poor
