I love Dr. Groner. She is awesome. It's too bad it takes months to get an appointment with her. I was not impressed with the other 2 doctors that I saw since Groner wasn't available. I was in the hospital a few days ago and needed a follow-up in a week, and she has nothing available this month. They couldn't check for an available appointment next month because she doesn't schedule in advance. I could be dead by then! My only choice for a follow-up would be with one of the other sub-par physicians. I am not the only one who thinks that this medical facility went downhill since Dr. Sharky left. I'm not wasting any more of my time or energy on this place! I've Googled other primary care physicians in the area and have found a new doctor with great reviews at Family Care Associates in Blue Springs. This office is able to get me in as a new patient, quicker than me trying to see Dr. Groner, who is my primary care provider. Also, the front desk staff always seems to be irritated and rude, and they act like they're doing you a favor by scheduling you an appointment. The receptionist at Family Care Associates has been kind and professional thus far. I can't believe I've waited this long to find a new office!

Don't waist your time trying to get in... They never have appointments available. My child hasn't been able to get an appointment for over a year. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Rude staff no compassion for the sick and doesn't call in your prescriptions when they say they're going to

the medical care is excellent, it is a small clinic, but it has everything you need for routine check-ups. the staff is very friendly. always sopy welcome there.
