Visiting family in Oneida. 7 of us for dinner. I ordered all you can eat salad bar. I was provided with a deep red bowl. I asked at the front for (and received) a plate. As I was getting my salad I was informed that I am not allowed to use a plate because other people would then want to. I returned to my table - no salad. Annoyed.... I do not like eating certain salad bar items mixed with others in a bowl so I returned to the bar with my plate and I was promptly told that I cannot use a plate at the salad bar. To which I replied that I WAS going to use a plate. As I was eating, the waitress approached me at our table of 7, other guests all around at other tables, and informed me that since I had a bowl AND a plate that I would be charged for an extra full salad! How rude! It's "ALL YOU CAN EAT" so why is the "?manager" (waitress said Shelby is sort of the manager) requiring me to pay double just because I prefer my salad items separate on a plate?

A great place for families! Food is good and not too expensive. The total for 5 of us was $62 - 3 kids meals and 2 adult entrees with drinks. The staff is very friendly and good with kids. We will be back!
