LaKyn is RUDE YELLED at me because asked I a question. She left me waiting while she answered a phone and then turned to help another staff person. Why do we sign in if phone calls come first? There was other staff available to answer phone. I observed her also ignoring another customer to holler across the store to give an opinion to another customer on her frames. LaKyn needs training.

I lost my glasses while kayaking on the river earlier that day. Though it was late in the day, I thought I could go into Success Vision and at least get another pair ordered to be picked on Monday morning. The sales person Micha(?) was very curtesy and realized that this was his chance to go above and beyond. Even though it was the last hour before closing he was able to find the same pair I had lost and speak to the glasses tech to see if my order could be filled today because there were no other pending orders. Sorry, I don't have his name, I believe it began with a B. These two were able to get me in and out of the store in less than 1/2 hour. Thank you for hiring these two! Their service is top notch and they should be commended. I had just recently had very bad customer service from another company. When I left the store I definitely had a smile on my face because of them. Thank you again!

Fast glasses and great staff! I've been coming here for years and it's always been a great experience. Their store is always clean, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I wear progressive bifocals and I've never had an issue with the lenses being wrong here either.

I got some new glasses today & Alice was the rep who helped me. She asked me questions as to what I was looking for & she showed me lot of options. She suggested a pair I wouldn’t have tried, but it was the pair I ended up getting & I love them! She was helpful with my eye insurance, professional & easy to work with & I got my glasses in the same day. Thank you Alice!
