What is going on at this office!!! Do not go there. The same people work there as years ago but it went from efficient to horrible. We sat there for 4 hours for my daughter to test. She cried since she missed class and her friends in her 16th birthday!! What a mess. I suggest make a online checkin system so you know how long and you can pick better data to stay all day. Ugh!! Not days that your kid has honor classes that can’t be mess school!!!

I realize this office is short staffed and busy. We went in the morning and was told to come back at 2 pm. Great. We were happy. They took my son’s name and make of car. We came back at 2, waited until 4:45 then… nothing. Waited two hours and fourty-five minutes for nothing. Then I tried to call and ask if we could come in the morning since we waited so long this afternoon and no one answered the phone. It doesn’t even ring. Like the phone was turned off. Totally disappointing.

Closed on Thursday even though the website says open. Waste of time and gas.

Took my daughter to take her permit test and the location was locked up. There was a sign stating they were closed on Thursdays. It was a Wednesday
