Misguided Nuke

I ordered a Kenmore stainless fridge/freezer from the sears.com online and chose this place to pick it up at. When it arrived at their store, they called me to tell me it was in. I drove some 70 miles to Superior, and I had a few minutes to look at their merchandise. I have to say, they had quality stuff, for a pretty fair price. I dealt with 3 people there, and they were all extremely courteous, down to earth "old school" people. Very pleasant surprise these days. I got my fridge home, unloaded it, and discovered there were 2 mounting bolts for the freezer door missing. (Not the fault of the store) I called Sears in Superior, and spoke with a gentleman about it, and he said he would call back as soon as the store slowed down a bit with a solution. He did call back, and he had a couple of these screws in his shop and he would mail it to me on Monday. I have no doubt that he is going to do as he said. Very good experience with all the employees there. Happy to find it. Will shop there in person when my stove goes out. Thats next I would bet.
