Temper your expectations at this IHOP verse other ones. I have been coming to this one, off and on for a few years. I only come back this location at times due to out of town family or friends wanting to visit. The service is mediocre. Not many people inside to serve and they still take forever, not to mention the food is subpar or outright rotten. Always inspect your food, they have no discretion of what to serve as decent. The picture attached is an example of what you should expect. I mean from the cook to the waiter, etc., how does this look passable to serve for eating? I mean, would you eat this? [Picture attached]
