Longest I have ever waited to get checked in and we had a reservation. Room wasn't very clean, shower curtain didn't work because the shower rod was hanging off the wall. No toilet paper, bad time to find that out. Room had some sort of fruit flies. Swimming pool was out of service as was the ice machine. It's kind of in need of some TLC and maintenance. We didn't have much of a choice in hotels.

Positive: None Negative: Little rooms where clean. Staff had to check rooms before letting us in. 4 rooms later they finally found one on the 4th weekend. Ceiling tiles where missing in hallway. Carpets were filthy. Awful experience. Will never consider again.

They tell you the pool is available when booking and charge accordingly until you get there then you're told covid has the pool closed down. At that point you can't cancel. The lady at next nearest hotel... Four seasons.... is quite familiar with their games. Good luck getting them to answer phone and if they do be prepared to speak in Habib

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Negative: The description on the website that I booked through said it was pet friendly. However I¿m glad I didn¿t bring the dog because we would have had major issues. We saw a posted sign upon arrival that no pets were allowed. Other then that I had no issu
