I'd give ten stars, if I could. I was on my way from Greensboro NC to the DC area for work on a Thursday. My battery light came on. Then all dash lights came on and my 4Runner began to lose power. I pulled off I-85 and pulled into a gas station just as the vehicle died. Called Dewitt Tire and spoke to the owner. He personally came with his flatbed truck and got me within 20 minutes. He had already called and ordered me an alternator before he left, so the part was there when we arrived at his shop. He personally spent lots of time testing both my alternator and battery to make sure he wasn't replacing something that didn't need replacing. Within two hours I was back on the road with a new alternator and a new Interstate Battery. The price, including towing, was about what I would have expected for just an alternator replacement anywhere else. Service and price were as good as gold. Honest, fair, fast.

Very few more comforting feelings than finding an auto repair shop you can trust. Fast turn around, excellent communication, and most importantly-they do it right. Could not recommend more.
