No, there are no "museums" on base. There are museum like displays in several of the buildings. If you have access to the base, you will be able to visit them.

You would have to actually google it to get a good accurate story. There’s many things they are kept quiet, it was once ONE of the only bases with the B2 bombers (they flew out when 911 happened & they were the ones that did the retaliation bombing.) Not sure if they still house them and I’m sure there’s more than 5 in total today. I lived on the bass. HIV was very high in the college students there in 1997. I don’t know what the stats are now.
