Hard to get help at the store, the seem to get overwhelmed with just 3 customers walking through the door. Seems understaffed resulting in poor customer service.

Rented a garbage skid steer only used it half the rental because it had no power their management is trash definitely would not recommend

They helped me a LOT trying to figure out how to refinish my hardwood floors by myself. Customer service is above and beyond!! Super knowledgeable and helpful.

Literally only one star because I can’t give less than one star and put a review. The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, which makes sense because the manager is the exact same way. Not caring at all about their mess up on our Penske truck rental, not being clear at all about what they were giving us versus what we reserved. When confronted they just kept saying call Penske. Penske is great and has great customer service, Waters has absolutely horrendous customer service and shouldn’t be allowed to tarnish Penskes name like this.
