I almost didn't come due to the negative reviews. But it was quick and easy process. Had an appointment and I was back at my car within 30 minutes

This is the worst Lab service. The internet is constantly going off to register upon arriving. After waiting three hours on my 3rd visit, they’re unable to print the lab paperwork that was requested on line by the Doctor because again the Internet is down. They suggest I go get it printed and return. Unfortunately, walk-in are rejected even though it’s advertised. They need to be accountable- call headquarters. Disrespectful bilingual staff at door post. Good luck.

They do, but only Monday- Friday
If you want to be seen as soon as possible the appointment would be the best option,but if you're not on a hurry you don't have to take one.
