I’ve been on the phone currently trying to order carry out. I have a slice the price card and can only be used for in store only. I’ve literally have been on the phone trying to do this for over 20 minutes now. Online orders have been the easiest way to order. I’ve bought 3 slice the price card because my daughter was selling them for school. I had bought them to give to friends and one for us but this is definitely making it not worth it. I am still currently on the phone waiting to speak with an actual person in the store.

Was delivered wrong food tried to stop the delivery driver before they pulled off ignored me and drove on even though made eye contact while I was waving and pointing at the pizza they actively sped up. Spent the next hour trying to handle this over the phone never to get anyone who worked in the store and call center cannot help you, finally had to drive to the store where they told me they don't answer the phone there anymore

Always friendly at carryout. The food is made very good at this place. They're delivery time is running a little longer than usual but every establishment in Rome seems to be having trouble keeping a full staff so it's really not their fault they show up for work so I do appreciate the ones that are there. So just try to be patient and kind right now.
