I wrote an honest review about how the 3 people who helped us were super nice. However I felt a victim of bait and switch when the “2 for $79” was no where close to that. On 3 separate occasions ( selecting, ordering, paying at pickup) I was quoted about 80 % less than what they actually charged in the end. It was constant. So the “$79 for 2 glasses and exam” went to about $500 . When I finally picked up the last of the order, the manager offered me a $20 refund for the $180 in exam fees. Its a bit insulting, but he asked if that would increase the rating from 3 to 4 stars. And I could use the $20 - And now I see he actually “charged” my card $20 instead of refunding me. So sadly, even that small “gift” he offered me has to entail another call there. It’s sad they don’t value a client and even worse that they don’t appreciate the fact that a client, ANY client, costs the company many hundreds just to get into their store…. It sure feels appreciating a client is a lost art.

Very clean space. They have a wonderful team, nice and quick service. Would definitely recommend. Tariq helped fix my glasses in less than 5 minutes. I walked in and walked out right away. I will be back for my next eye exam and new glasses.
