I really wanted to love this loves because: •. It’s not too busy •. Plenty of parking as long as you arrive before 4 pm •. Easy access off of I-65 •. VERY VERY VERY CLEAN •. Staff VERY FRIENDLY •. Lot VERY clean and adequate space for dog walking •. Most items were stocked in store but my husband did say the coffee was weak and didn’t pack much punch I did not use the service center so I cannot comment on that. I think this one has a tire pass but check app and call to see & verify it’s working. Did not shower here but because the store and bathrooms are VERY clean I suspect the showers are as well. What I did not like? VERY VERY VERY BAD cellular signal 0-2 bars and at 2 bars we could not access load bar, weather, or gmail apps. Safari was a no go. Streaming music or movie apps won’t work well here. There was a period between roughly 8 & noon where we could reach our load board but it was hit or miss. We were parked within 500 feet of I-65 and signal was poor. This is the why I don’t love it. Regarding cell signal I did notice that as we exited I-65 it decreased from 4 bars to 3 bars and as we pulled into Loves 2 bars. I’d definitely add this to our list of places to go for an overnight stop while loaded. But if using the internet or apps was needed to find my next load I’d probably give this a pass.

No bread at subway, McDonald's was very crowded, counter guy just started so it was backed up. I told him to hang in there. Glad to see young people going to work, at least he is trying. No paper towels or soap in bathroom.

Restrooms clean, Employees friendly. We got gas towing a 35 ft. Travel trailer. No issues negotiating gas islands and parking lot. Ate at McDonalds. Food was as expected. Cheapest gas in Alabama. $3.66 per gallon for 87 regular

On our way to Gulf Shores and stopped here to get gas. I bought a hat for the beach. The people were very nice. The bathroom was clean. Although there was a line, it moved quickly.
