Came for my 5yo's back to school haircut and Julia was our hair stylist and it was out first time with her. She was very soft spoken, reassuring and patient with my child. I didn't sense that she was frustrated although my son was behaving exceptionally well. She also gave him praise for that. Overall she was a great match for us & I truly appreciated it. I showed her 1-2 pics of what i wanted and she executed perfectly. We was very happy with the haircut and will be booking with her from now on! Thank you Cozy Cutz, the whole staff is attentive and accommodating!

I did a walk in once for a haircut and it was fine. Bang trims are always walk in. If anything you can always call before to see if its crazy at the time you plan on getting there.
Im 99% sure they dont. Depending on where in her ear she wants it either claire's (if in her lower lobe, like a regular piercing) or a piercing/tattoo shop (if in the upper ear where there is cartlidge). Typically at claire's they run about $35.
Piercing is free when you purchase earrings from cozy cuts. I paid $59.95 for my daughter's earrings
