Had a great experience with Carter! He was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient helping me as well as numerous other customers. They were very busy but I never felt like he was rushing me. He knows his stuff and the other employees were constantly coming to him for help yet his patience and attention to detail never suffered. I was taken care of by Megan. A wonderful young lady who made me feel so welcome. She really took the time to explain to me about the 2 phones that I was looking at. I had so many questions. I felt like I was being a pain. Not once did she look annoyed or try to rush me out. She took the time and answered all of my questions, and was very polite as well as professional. She is definitely an asset to your store. A heck of a salesperson as well !! I will definitely be back, and will most definitely recommend Megan to all of my associates. Megan at the Crestwood, IL branch was awesome. She has great customer relation skills. She helped me pick out the best plan for my family and she helped set up our phones. She did all this while helping two other customers. The store was clean and safe. Great overall experience .

Yes that shouldn't be an issue you can actually file a claim over the phone with them and they'll send you a replacement out all you have to do on your end is pay the deductible whatever that is.
Yes, as long as the number is still active on At&t then all you need is your account number and account pin number to port it over to Verizon
