I ordered a pizza at 7:01pm I got a notification that they were busier than usual so the estimated time was 7:45-7:50 again fine. At 8:15 I called and asked where it was and they said they were behind so I let it go after I talked to the manager. At 8:55 I called again wanting to get it refunded and canceled because it was an hour later go put on hold for 1hr and 7 mins only to get hung up. If I could leave 0 star review I would. Go to angelos across the street, it's better pizza and better service

Absolutely the worst customer service. Door dash says 1 minute for the past 36 minutes after waiting 20 mins to call the restaurant after it said it on its way. Now I call the restaurant and the restaurant puts me on insta hold. After 2 and 1/2 minutes the man picks up the telephone and gets very frustrated when I said that I'm not going to cancel my order so that I can write a fair and honest review the man tells me do what you have to do and then hangs up the telephone on me. I sure hope my food is not as good as their customer service.

I was surprised at how fast my order came out, me an my wife got a the large Philly steak pizza and not only was it good this was the first Philly pizza I've ever had an I definitely want another one. The cheesey bread was also delicious

I placed a order for delivery this is how it came plus I ordered a GRAPE pop! I called back to tell them about my order being wrong I was told “Ma’am we have a lot of orders can you just take the pizza and I can give you a credit” very horrible customer service skill. The little girl over the phone needs more basic training……. Horrible do not go here they don’t care about keeping loyal customers.
