Got there at night for delivery with 8 am appointment. They wake me up at 5:30 and 6 am Empty. Good for me. If you have a delivery better come at night and get a spot. Looks like day time they are full with truck because after I backed in to door about 5 trucks get here for delivery. NO APPOINTMENT FCFS DELIVERY. DELIVERY CHECK IN By door 24. Only have 4 docks to unload 20-24 . pick ups check in by door 1 . Good luck. I think this info will be helpful for others

The worst place to pick up. 1030 appt and still not loaded 10hrs later. I advise they are terrible

don't listen to anybody and use the Mt prospect entrance for pick up,put your truck next in lane and go to check in a.s.a.p because is by appt,things changed here.No metter how many trucks are in front of you go and check in imideattly,what a crazy place,and for pick up use dock doors 2-14,good luck!!!

Does Indonesia and Philippines only make coconut oil? I have a peanut and tree nut allergy but can eat coconut. My concern is cross-contamination with any other nuts with the coconut in the process of makung coconut oil
