I purchased a GE Profile bottom drawer refrigerator. Called on Friday, because I was having problems with the refrigerator. Lady that answered referred me to their technician Carmen Robinson. Mr. Robinson was supposed to come on Saturday had an appointment waited until 5:30pm and he finally called siting bad traffic. Rescheduled for the following day, came to my home on Sunday 08/14. Pokes around in the refrigerator said it was working and charged me $130.00. Now today the same problem that I had before he entered my home is the same technical difficulties that I’m experiencing today. Now I have someone else coming to take a look into the situation. Buyer beware, try to support black businesses🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

They sold me a broke washing machine and never gave me my money back. They stuff is over priced and broke down the way they doing business is wrong. I also got a refrigerator to which went out a month later. They sent a technician out it came on and went right back out a few days later. I’m so done with doing business with them ppl😡

Dishonest about pricing until after my card was swiped. I was then told after confirming before my card was swiped that it was all inclusive of the fridge, removal of old fridge, and delivery of new fridge. I then was told post swipe that ots an extra $20 for removal. I'm grateful tho that everything jus worked out. Would I go back heavy NO!

I want to give this place ZERO STARS 🗑 This place is very Shystie they lie about when they are coming to deliver appliances then if the item you brought is broken and dirty they refuse to give you a refund and Customer service is horrible!! The woman that works there is a real witch!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT just look at all the other reviews on here!!! These people need to go out of business ASAP It’s just ridiculous how you try to help a business but they’re just downright wrong and crooks ‼️ I would NOT refer them to anybody
