I am very satisfied with the results I obtained from working with the immigration lawyer, Andres Diaz. As a citizen, I petitioned my mom, but her case was a little complicated. Yes they do. They have workshops for people preparing to purchase their first home. They are also in connection with government funding sources that help with the process. They are extremely insightful and I highly recommend them. Not to mention they own properties than themself that you may be able to negotiate for.
