My friend worked there and they took away their tips according to them to buy gatorade, water and bread and they could only choose one thing, water or gatorade a day, and they told her not to take any tips because they have cameras. I suppose that when they leave a tip for the waiter, it is for THEM, not for the restaurant.. I do not recommend it..

I would like to know why they take time? If there are not so many people and they give you the food on a plate that almost does not bring anything and the beans seem like water, a HUGE service !!
