This location is just the worst as of 2019-2022. I live around the corner. I would go there more but they just consistently are always rude, cold food, and slow service (once I waited 30 minutes for a milkshake craving with time to spare that day, but, the drive-through line didn’t move a single person before I gave up). I hope they can one day step this location up out of the 17,000 locations they have. They were pretty good when I first moved to the area, God Speed!

I went to Burger King last I was in the dining room about to order, and this white guy who obviously was a manager. He was bagging up food and this short skinny black lady came out of no where cussing and yelling at him for in front of customers and the employees. I don't know how puts up with that! This is the last time I come here! Last time I came in she was very rude! Something needs to be done about this!

I went inside to buy a burger two days ago After I purchase I noticed they did not wear gloves and a mask so I cancel my order and return my money. Bless customer service has attitude
