For Bermuda Club Condo Complex in Tamarac, they do not have their contracts or their contract bidding summaries posted in their website as required by Florida State Law. They do not have competitive bidding for the complex insurance. They use one insurance broker who seems very shady. The complex insurance is the largest part of the budget of almost $1 million per year and goes up a crazy amount every year even though it was supposed to go down after the elevator/roof upgrade. It seems Bermuda Club does not get competitive bidding on all essential contracts as required by Florida State Law.

Yes 5/31, In the future please call Customer Service they are much better at serving you and you can sign up for our SMS or email notification service. When your check arrives we will let you know the day it is deposited.
