The property is now the location of 2 marine storage and repair businesses, the original Riverside Inc and the favorably appraised Heritage at Riverside (my 5 stars is definitely theirs.) Both have things to offer to those who enjoy doing their own work or need help from people who will treat you like family.

Sally of Riverside Marina was very helpful in rescheduling the splashing of our boat which had been dry docked for sometime. She was able to quickly have her crew drop everything once we were able to get the bugs out of having the boat ready to be put in the water. Thanks for working with us.

That place is a dump and you will get stuff ripped off your boat and yourself a favor research and they steal everything off the boat stay away
Sorry but I am a new owner of a boat there only met a couple of people there but will be going back to work on my boat next weekend send a pic of him and I'll ask the guy I bought the boat from and a couple of neighbors if they seem him
