They lie about closing time it's says 9pm they want to close at 8pm. They are real rude and unprofessional.

Beyond rude hours are not updated had to pick up an online order which stated ready for pick up doors were locked at 4:50 when sign clearly said 5pm Francis who stated she was the manager had no customer service skills what so ever could have cared less and basically told myself and another customer that we were out of luck and would have to come back instead of just giving us our orders that had already been paid for not even an apology for the inconvenience corporate has been notified and a case has been opened, people like this should not be employed at business’ especially when their laziness and incompetence is front and center. So many families had to figure out what to do all while trying to gather last minute school items.

Yall shal update bussiness hours on the website!! Store had closed 2 minutes after i got there and the woman couldnt make an exeption on the return. We go based on the hours in their site!! When we work late and go tonwork early its hard.
