These people don’t even deserve one star for their service. The male attendant needs an attitude readjustment and is completely inappropriate towards helping customers. The laundry service was awful. I waiting 4 DAYS and had to pay the same price as next day laundry. This place should honestly be shut down for their treatment of customers and awful service. Not to mention articles of my clothing are also missing.

I found the employees there to be intrusive, and verbally aggressive towards women. The male employee was told by a woman that she was uncomfortable and asked him to stop talking to her. He persisted, he said don’t come here anymore. Horrible, just a horrible man.

called ahead to see if we could exchange money for quarters there. they said that was fine. walked 30 mins to get there and they would not allow us to use the coin machine saying we needed laundry to do so. wouldn't have walked all the way there if they said this was the case. extremely upset.
