I ordered on a Friday afternoon and got a tracking # within 20 minutes. The product was delivered from FL to IN by Monday. The first order met my needs, so we ordered 5 more for our business. We received a personal phone call almost immediately from the company checking on a specific point about our order. The actual product is outstanding. Worked perfectly for a tour for new employees (during the time of physical distancing) in a large manufacturing facility. The employees could hear the tour guide throughout the entire facility and were able to be engaged and get a lot of value. Without this purchase, they would have heard nothing. Absolutely recommend.
