In order to ship a package it is necessary that you create the label and schedule the pick up through the UPS.com website. At the moment of the pick up of course that you could request the driver's help to carry your packages. The cost will be given to you when you create the label online. ^ER

There regular business hours of operation. You can also have it sent to the hub and get it later. I believe the hub also has the automated lockers too.

As far as I know there is no set time, I have had deliveries as late as 8:00 pm, especially around the holidays
