Horrible shop. Rude management. Overpriced items. Not sure why anyone would shop for anything at this place when you have Craigslist, OfferUp or EBay. If you are going to go to a pawn shop, check out Olde Towne where they are fair, polite and reasonable.

You do not need your receipt, if it is lost or misplaced just bring your ID. We do have a “lost ticket” charge that ranges $3-$10 depending on the amount of your loan, but we give everyone one freebie. Thank you for your business, we appreciate it!!
Yes, you will need a current valid ID (DL, ID card, passport, etc) or you will need to have a current ID on file here if you have lost your ID, but have done business here in the past. We do not do loans written with a friends ID.
