Couldn't figure out the correct change & didn't give us any sauce for the roast beef TWICE that we went thru the drive thru. We are actually afraid to try it a ,3td time. They need some training there for making correct orders & change.

Food was as expected from Arby's. Long wait and drive thru only were disappointing.

Placed my order Online and drove up to the Drive-Thru. They didn't have my order and asked me to pull around front and they would bring me my order when they received it. Drove around front and looked at the order on my phone. The order said it would be ready in a half hour at 8:30 pm! That was a half hour away! I called the store and told my order and the rude lady told me I had to wait until 8: 30 or whenever they received my order! I was NOT HAPPY one bit! We waited until they brought us the order! I let Corporate know this information as well! I will NEVER visit this location again!

They were ok. When placing our order they forgot many of our order in our bag. Other than that we love Arby's. We still will keep going to Arby's. Hope our next stop we will have our order right.
