Is this a JOKE? I called an hour ago about a new arrival at this location and the receptionist on the phone said she’ll call me back in “15 minutes”… so I called back because maybe she forgot or got busy which isn’t a big deal and she says, “phone guests come second” girl get a life, you seem unhappy. Hire more people and you won’t have a staff shortage, very simple.

Yes I purchased a bag from an outlet once over the phone had it shipped to my home because it was too far to drive and I knew exactly which bag and size I needed. Arrived within a week to my home and that was around the holidays 2018.
