I love Jimmy John's and everything on the menu is great, I just wish I got what I ordered. It's the second time now that I've not gotten what I ordered. This is the second time and I even over paid because what I I was less than what I'd ordered. Bummed out but I'll just have to go to another jimmy John's. Not coming back here.

UPDATED. REDUCING MY SCORE TO 1 STAR. Price of drinks and delivery have not gone up. Specifically put in note and driver even commented that all my drinks are large. No offer to correct. Just a oh looks like the prices have gone up. Just saw that most of the ratings of this place that were good are all from employees. I'm done. Really gone down hill this past year. Orders wrong. Quality down. Just paid 13 bucks for the new chicken sandwich that should be on the slim list not the favorites. If they didn't deliver I would quit them all together. Maybe time to start bringing my lunch.

⁰placed an online order. Waited 30 minutes and they never said it was ready. So I went and asked. They said yes its been ready. So how was I supposed to know??
